We want you to love your purchase from www.stablelaneboutique.com. However, if your purchase is not as you hoped, we are pleased to offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to return:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your item(s).
- State Name, Order Number and Reason for Return.
- You will receive an email confirming the return.
- Post the items back to the following address:

- Upon receipt of the item(s), we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original card used.
- Alternatively, we can offer you credit to be used on the website or instore. Please mention this when emailing for the returns number.
Sale Returns Policy:
- You are welcome to refund or exchange your unwanted items strictly within 7 days of the date of dispatch. If the order is a collection, you have 7 days from the order date for a full refund. Please follow the same process as above.
- Items must be unworn and in a good and resalable condition.
- No returns without an email confirmation will be accepted.
- Stable Lane Boutique cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in the post therefore we recommend all returns are sent via recorded delivery with a tracking number. You are responsible for your own postage costs to return items.
- Returns out of the stated time frame will only be accepted at Stable Lane’s discretion.
- Credit and Debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. The processing time of refunds may vary by bank and is not the responsibility of Stable Lane.
- Due to hygiene reasons, hats and jewellery cannot be returned.
Returns to Store:
- Online purchases can be returned in store but the returns process will be the same for orders returned via post. An exchange or credit can also be made.
- Purchases made in store that are not suitable can be exchanged or a credit note given within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be given.
