How to return:

  • State Name, Order Number and Reason for Return on your Returns card.
  • Drop the item(s) into us in store with your returns card or post the item(s) back to the following address:

  • When we receive the item(s), we will refund the order. The value will be transferred back to the payment method used originally.
  • Alternatively, we can offer you credit to be used on the website or in store, just enquire via telephone or e-mail.

Sale Returns Policy:

  • You are welcome to refund or exchange your unwanted items strictly within 7 days of the date received. If the order is a collection, you have 7 days from the order date for a full refund. Please follow the same process as above. 

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn and in a good and resalable condition.
  • Stable Lane Boutique cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in the post therefore we recommend all returns are sent via recorded delivery with a tracking number. You are responsible for your own postage costs to return items.
  • Returns out of the stated time frame will only be accepted at Stable Lane’s discretion.
  • Credit and Debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. The processing time of refunds may vary by bank and is not the responsibility of Stable Lane Boutique.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, hats and jewellery cannot be returned. 

In Store Purchases: 

  • Purchases made in store that are not suitable can be exchanged or a credit note given within 14 days of purchase. Sale purchases in store cannot be exchanged. No refunds will be given.
